How to engage from the stage and get results

Although some of us might feel that public speaking is our greatest fear, this program will help you develop your skills and build your confidence to engage, inspire and inform others with impact.

This program is a lot of fun! Come prepared to boost your presentation skills by getting focused on what excites you as you learn to articulate and present your topic clearly and with confidence.

The Persuasive Presenter – Part 1 will provide you with the tools and practice to structure a persuasive presentation, how to incorporate stories, anecdotes and metaphors and practical tips on body language and how to mange fear and engage your audiences.

The program consists of two parts – see Part 2 below – and can be combined into one program or pursued as separate development tracks.

The art of principled persuasion

The Persuasive Presenter – Part 2 is a designed to help you, once you have attended The Persuasive Presenter – Part 1, to refine and enhance your presentation expertise. Because our focus is on providing you with maximum opportunities to present in front of a group and to provide you with detailed feedback,  a maximum of nine people can participate in the part 2 one-day program.

You will need to prepare a 15 minute presentation in advance on your own laptop based on your work, research, passion or area of expertise. We will work with this presentation throughout the day.

Take advantage of this opportunity to practise presenting in a safe environment and benefit from feedback that is appreciative, yet specific.
