How to give effective business presentations and get results.
The Persuasive Presenter will provide you with essential tools and practice to structure a persuasive presentation. You will learn how to incorporate stories, anecdotes and metaphors in order to present your topic clearly and with confidence. You will learn practical tips on body language and how to manage fear and engage your audiences.
The skills you learn on this program will help you in your career and help build your confidence in presenting your work, research and ideas to various stakeholders.
This program is a lot of fun! Come prepared to boost your presentation skills by getting focused on what excites you as you learn to articulate and present your topic clearly and with confidence.
The program can be customised for your organization and consists of two parts – see Part 2 below – and can be combined into one program or pursued as separate development tracks.
The Persuasive Presenter – Part 2 is a designed to help you, once you have attended The Persuasive Presenter – Part 1, to refine and enhance your presentation expertise. Because our focus is on providing you with maximum opportunities to present in front of a group and to provide you with detailed feedback, a maximum of nine people can participate in the part 2 one-day program.
You will need to prepare a 15 minute presentation in advance on your own laptop based on your work, research, passion or area of expertise. We will work with this presentation throughout the day.
