The Influential Leader™ is an integrative coaching program that helps leaders develop and perfect the nine essential influencing competencies of an integrative  leader.

The Influential Leader™ is centred around three questions: How you See yourself, How you Sell yourself and How you Serve others.

The Influential Leader™ program has three development tracks consisting of three competencies each:

1. SEEHow you See yourself, engaging Self and analysing Synaptic relationships - Discovery
2. SELLHow you Sell yourself, what deeply Satisfies you and capitalizing on your Strengths – Design
3. SERVE – How you Serve others, your Strategy and your compelling Story – Destiny

The Influential Leader™ follows an integrative approach – Integrative comes from the Latin; integrātus – to renew, restore, make things whole. Thus an integrative leader is well grounded, authentic, congruent and focused.

The Influential Leader™ can live with ambiguity yet always seeks a return on engagement that is creative, a solution that is not pre-determined. An integrative leader believes dialogue creates a new destiny – the art of synthesizing ideas and viewpoints to make things better in a crucible of authentic engagement.

Integrative leaders are self-aware of the influence of their own fixed mindsets and models of reality and are able to park them, be curious and embrace ambiguity as they assertively lean towards finding innovative and integrative solutions to challenges at work and home.

The way you see yourself and engage others has an impact on the results you get with colleagues and customers. It’s also a reflection of the story you tell yourself and your articulation of who you are.

When you change your story as an integrative leader, you change your results. And when you get better results, you experience a greater sense of purpose, more fulfillment and quality of life.

Coaching process

The Influential Leader™ is a transformative and integrative coaching program that will provide you with the tools to radically improve your performance. In the process you create your preferred destiny and a greater sense of authenticity, purpose and influence in the workplace and at home.

The Influential Leader™ consists of two parts:
1. Coaching in – 5 months:
Developing and improving the nine competencies of an Integrative Leader:

1. DiscoveringSeeing yourself, engaging Self, Synaptic relationships
2. DesigningSelling yourself, Satisfaction, Strengths
3. Destiny – Story, Strategy, Serving others

2. Coaching out – 5 months:
Applying the coaching principles by coaching peers and direct reports within the organization using powerful coaching tools and a practical coaching methodology. Experience first-hand the returns on engagement [ROE] when leaders in turn apply coaching principles to their leadership style.

Coaching process & tools

You will be challenged to navigate the nine integrative steps by first exploring the way you see your world, your stance in the world and recognizing your ways of being, thinking and acting – your patterns of engagement with your world.

You will recognize and acknowledge beliefs and patterns that limit or cloud your success, interrupt old patterns of engagement and let go of beliefs and stories that drain your energy and detract you from your clarity and sense of purpose.

Program at a glance

You will meet others who have struggled and found their niche in the world and learn from their experience and processes. You will explore and embrace new ways of thinking, ways of being and taking action using a future backwards model that drives your new story.
