Dene is a professional speaker and inspiring presenter with many years experience as a facilitator, communications specialist, and multi-media author. His unique background enables him to speak with passion on a variety of subjects. His presentations and programs on finding your voice at work are designed for self-discovery.

Dene is married to Deborah, a personal development specialist, coach and facilitator. Both Dene and Deborah have been married before. They have four sons, Brennan, Chad, Jared and Henk.

Deborah is a professional and evocative speaker, facilitator and educator.
As a certified WEL-Systems Facilitator and a certified Master Practitioner of WEL-Systems Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), she brings a refreshing perspective that inspires others to rise to their true potential. Deborah also has an Honours Degree in Organizational Psychology, a Drama Degree and a Higher Diploma in Education. She began her career as a high school teacher in 1981. After eight years of teaching she moved to the corporate world as a management trainer at the largest life assurance company in the southern hemisphere.
