Your story
The story of your life is the most important story you will ever tell. Every day, consciously or unconsciously, you live out the consequences of your life story. The energy you give to ‘bad’ stories and the energy you give to ‘good’ stories reflect how successful you are at finding and following your passion.

One of the greatest gifts you can bring to your leadership at work, in the community or at home is clarity around your role, purpose, values and the results you want. When you have clarity, you experience a greater sense of personal power, peace of mind and quality of life. And you have much better outcomes.

Change your story, change your life consists of two parts:
1 - identifying your old and creating your new story
You will use collages and metaphors, including photographs that you will take, to navigate through interactive exercises to help deconstruct patterns, identify and let go of stories that drain your energy and sap your power.

Think about times when you are totally absorbed, lost in the moment and energized by what you are doing. And before you know it, hours have past. That is the experience of kairos, the extraordinary in ordinary time. Recognizing the kairos experience, when we feel most alive and conscious of what we love doing, is one way of identifying your true passion as you transition from your old to a new story.

2 - Making it stick
During this part of your program you will clarify and present your new story [the 'how to' details will be dislosed later].

- To call forth more of a future you want more of
- To identify and discard self-defeating stories
- To use the principles of storytelling to craft stories that are true and empower us
- To re-write, articulate and live new stories that you are passionate about and really believe
- To adopt new rituals that help to embed new stories and our desired outcomes
- To develop a signature presence that connects with your passion
