You will examine the way you engage others and make adjustments based on your 360°feedback and other assessments. Depending on your skill set and needs, the following elements could be included in a typical Leaning into Leadership coaching program:

· Coaching on 360° leadership engagement competencies
· Explore how to empower others and get better results by making better values-driven decisions
