A transformational and sensemaking partnership
Authentic leadership and life coaching is a powerful transformational and sense making partnership between me as a coach and you as my client. I use metaphors in business and the expressive arts, to help you as my client to find a greater sense of clarity, focus and direction, as you envisage your future going forward.

Evoking insights
As a certified executive coach, my role is to listen, inquire and to challenge your paradigms of thinking in order to evoke insights. My style is that of a performance whisperer and includes asking powerful questions and having coaching conversations with you that result in deep learning and clearly articulated values and actions.

The story of your life
My commitment to you is to help you explore various options as you examine the story of your life. I craft powerful questions that tap into the power of your imagination and innovation, and provide opportunities for you to re-write, articulate and live new stories that you are passionate about and really believe. You decide what elements of the story that need attention and decide which deeply held beliefs could be limiting your success in that area. It involves connecting with your own personhood, developing a clearer signature presence and giving yourself permission to explore and ignite more of your true passion. I challenge you to engage with others through effective communication and sense making and how to lead through relationships, especially with your family, clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

Partners in a dialogue
Although we are partners in a dialogue, and will most probably become friends, my goal is to “work myself out of a job.” In other words, as a certified coach, I will not embed myself in a long-term coaching relationship with you or create any dependencies that require long-term coaching.

You are accountable
I do not assume responsibility or take ownership for your preferred destiny but instead challenge and empower you to explore and take steps towards more of the future you desire. I always will challenge you and hold you accountable to help you achieve the results you want. I also specialize in the way you show up at work, the conversations you have and the stories you tell. I can help you radically improve your relationships and the results you get with emotionally intelligent conversations.

Internal clarity
The success and fulfillment [or lack of success and fulfillment] in our lives is always reflected in some way in the conversations we have and the stories we tell. One of the greatest gifts you can bring to our work, home and community is clarity around our role, purpose, values and the results we want. And when we have clarity, we experience a greater sense of personal power, peace of mind and quality of life.

A more compelling future
The stories we tell ourselves and others and the conversations we have are indicators of our success. Every day, consciously or unconsciously, we live out the consequences of our conversations and our life story. Our life story and the way we show up at work and home and in our community is the most important story we will ever tell. The energy we give to ‘bad’ stories and the energy we give to ‘good’ stories reflect how successful we are at finding our niche at work and home and crafting a more compelling future.

On a personal note
I continually need to check in with myself so that I remain grounded and engaged with life.
I nurture my creative spirit through photography, music and entrepreneurship.
One of the greatest gifts I can bring to my coaching practice is my own clarity. And when I have clarity, I communicate authentically, I experience a greater sense of personal power, peace of mind and quality of life. I inspire action. I get results.
