From time to time I assist an organization with the design and development of an interactive, cost-effective and customised eLearning or eHelp system. An eHelp system is a performance support system that provides 'just in time' contextual information or learning modules for employees on the job. An eLearning system also provides contextual information but the focus is more on learning a program or process or a new piece of software. It can of course, be modularised and broken down into small components.
