The emotional intelligence workshop

Emotional intelligence is an indication of your ability to handle daily challenges, including your ability to successfully manage relationships at work and home . Leaders who know how to lead by example and sense and respond to clients and colleagues inspire action and get better results.

A growing body of research suggests that emotional intelligence, measured by Emotional Quotient (EQ), is a better predictor of "success" than the more traditional measures of cognitive intelligence (IQ).
