Deborah Rossouw
Deborah is an experienced professional speaker and certified coach. She has worked with audiences on three continents and has over twenty years experience helping corporate professionals develop leadership competencies, including presentation skills.

She is skilled in helping professionals improve their delivery, confidence, rapport and influence. Feedback from participants consistently confirms that her programs have helped reduce stress, and provided them with practical tools to present with courage, clarity and competence.  Deborah has degrees in organizational psychology and drama and has worked in HR both as a management trainer and organizational development Consultant.

Dene Rossouw
Dene specializes in the principles of engagement that inspire leaders to build real relationships and get the results they want with emotionally intelligent conversations. As an innovative communicator, Dene coaches leaders on how to have more relevant conversations in the workplace and how to use personal power to inspire action and develop strategic partnerships. Dene has 18 years of facilitation and consulting experience in the field of communications. He is the President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, a certified executive Coach through Royal Roads University, and a certified emotional intelligence facilitator using the Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Quotient Inventory – EQ-i™. He has the Associate Certificate in Workplace Conflict from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Theology from the University of South Africa.
